Every thought, every word, every joyful laugh, and every broken heart is the pencil used to write the story. The wise man casts a vision for his life, prays, and gets to work. But even the wise man can’t control what comes his way. He can’t control the people around him. He can’t prevent the pain. The winds of life blow, and we choose how we respond to them, ultimately laying out the path we choose to boldly walk into one step at a time or cowardly complain and blame our failed dream on everything else but himself.
